Founded in 2014, Bocconi Students M&A Circle (BSMAC) is Bocconi University’s premier student association for aspiring professionals in the world of Mergers & Acquisitions. Entirely student-run, we bring together talent, curiosity, and ambition to explore the art and science behind corporate deals.
We empower our members through hands-on experience: from in-depth deal analysis and valuation workshops to exclusive guest talks and networking events. Since inception, we have covered over 160 M&A transactions and connected with industry leaders across Europe and beyond.
A Launchpad for Top Careers
Our network counts over 250 alumni, with 51% building their careers in Investment Banking, and many others thriving in Private Equity, Asset Management, and Consulting.
While 36% of our alumni are based in Italy, 33% are working in the UK and over half are employed internationally – reflecting the truly global nature of our community.
